Howard Webster
Mr Howard Webster is a specialist plastic surgeon at ARC Plastic Surgery. With over 15 years in private practice, he focuses primarily on body, breast, face and nose cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. Howard is the recent past President of the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons, has served for nine years on the Council of the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons, is an executive member of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons Post Fellowship Education and Training Committee, and one of only four international plastic surgeons on the International Development Task Force of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. He is also Chairman of the new Australasian Plastic Surgery Education and Research Foundation, an honorary senior lecturer in Surgery with the Melbourne University Rural Clinical School, and has co-authored five chapters in plastic surgery texts. He has recently been invited to be on the teaching faculty for the IPRAS world congress in Plastic Surgery in Vancouver, 2011. Howard is passionate about the quality of patient care, and has spent his career actively seeking and advocating for improvements in patient safety standards.
